.....Athletes often compare themselves to others in both positive and negative ways. For example, they can either be inspired by someone better than them or be frustrated with themselves for not being as good as someone else is.

Bethany`s Notes: It is National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. If you haven`t heard about RED-S I would highly encourage athletes, coaches, and administrators to do some research to better understand the long term consequences of disordered eating.
