Fear of the Unknown: Locked-down Athletes Face Mental Health Risks

Bethany`s Notes: Athletes tend to put a lot of their self-worth and identity in their sport. The COVID-19 situation has challenged them tremendously. Be aware of athletes who isolate themselves and say they are `fine`. They may need more help than we realize.
