Lucid, New York Jets’ Brandon Marshall Bring Mental Training App To High School Players

Lucid, an app that provides mental training for athletes, is partnering with the New York Jets and wide receiver Brandon Marshall to bring confidence and focus to New York City’s high school football players.....

Notes: Another app out there for athletes of all ages to help with mental health. This app gives positive feedback and allows you to stay focused on the present and not get caught up in what has already happened. There is a monthly cost but the reviews are very promising.
