Notes: Alright I know this article does not address sports and athletes but perhaps in a round about way it does. What if kids learned at a young age ways to cope with stress and anger that did not include bullying and name calling? What if students learned to use real words to address how they were really feeling? This is exactly what this program is doing. This will be interesting to follow....stay tuned.
