Bethany`s Notes: The stigma still exists but it is slowing changing. The more elite and professional athletes admit their struggles the more it trickles down to college and high school athletes being able to share their story. The article recommends a `challenge board` to encourage individuals to be kind to others and step out of your comfort zone.
