.....It is often spoken about in
psychology that changing our thoughts and feelings can influence our behaviour,
but scientists at Stanford University are showing the reverse is true.
Changing behaviour first is a powerful way of
influencing our thoughts and feelings – and our overall health......
....This is also a reminder to us adults about
the importance of taking action, not over thinking things and waiting for the
right time to do something.
To really improve our mental state, getting
out on that bike is maybe the best thing you could do today....
